FREE Mobility Challenge February 2025

Goal
This challenge is to initiate you to mobility training. It requires no experience!
More specifically, you will improve flexibility, reduce pain, and feel amazing in just 10 minutes/day!
Who is this course for
This course is for you if:
You want to improve your flexibility and reduce stiffness in your daily movements.
You likely sit for long hours at work, spends time caring for family, or are noticing the natural effects of aging.
You value your health and want to feel more energetic and pain-free, but struggle with finding time for complex workouts.
You seek simple, approachable, and effective ways to improve mobility and overall well-being.
You are motivated by the desire to feel better in your body and maintain independence and ease in daily activities.
How does it work
After you are registered, you only have to wait until the beginning of the challenge on 24.02.
On February 24, 2025, you will receive your first email with the first mobility video in it. Every day, and for 7 days, you will receive a similar email with a new daily routine to complete (every day is a different theme, see below in the schedule). The sessions are NOT live, so you can do them when you wish during the day. You can also save the videos’link to do them later. Each daily routine last 5–10 minutes.
